what do you mean by document?
It is suggested to pl. go through the Industrial employment ( S.O.) Act and rules of your state. You will get a better picture.
I also suggest to pl do not go for google available Standing orders draft. Kindly make it for your own organisation. these are the service conditions, which should be in consonance with your culture, requirements and practices. For legal compliance and live, purposeful service conditions, there should not be any place for cut, copy paste philosophy.
