plz tell me the process to apply for the duplicate pan card
i have my pan card no., what else i need ?

The procedure to apply for the duplicate PAN card is like this,
You will have to submit newly filled form 49A and a photo copy of old PAN card with valid ID proof and address proof at any PAN centers.
