I am new & beginner on this site. I am handling administration in our company. As our company is growing big my director wants to set a proper stucture for the company.
I hav been asigned the job of making a proper format for setting up an Appointment letter giving all the rules & regulations of the company vch normally every company has. It should include everything from salary stucture, office timings, how many leaves we have, Resignation notice period, evrything.
I am really confused wht to do abt it.
If any1 can help me with any format they have. I would be very thankful.
