I am new and a beginner on this site. I am handling administration in our company. As our company is growing big, my director wants to set a proper structure for the company. I have been assigned the job of making a proper format for setting up an Appointment letter giving all the rules and regulations of the company which normally every company has. It should include everything from salary structure, office timings, how many leaves we have, Resignation notice period, everything.
I am really confused about what to do about it. If anyone can help me with any format they have, I would be very thankful.
