Dear Sandip,
A certified standing order is a property of the company and is not supposed to be shared by publishing on the internet. The model standing order can be adopted as it is, or you can make your own changes to it. However, one thing you must ensure is that there are no clauses in the standing orders that go against any statutory rules. For example, you cannot include clauses such as "salary will be disbursed on the 15th of every month," "salary will be given in the form of wheat or rice," "no employee can claim gratuity," or "bonus will not be applicable," as these are against the prevailing laws. Even if you add these clauses with the agreement of the employees and their union(s), the standing orders will not be certified.
Regarding state amendments, you have to check them by referring to the Gujarat State Rules themselves.
