Policy Questionnaire

Dear All,
I was trying to design a questionnaire to carry out an HR Policy Survey. Can someone please help me out with the design? It will be great if someone can share a sample questionnaire with me. Thanks.

Are you incorporating a survey which helps you understand the satisfaction levels amongst employees pertaining to your policies or is it an industry wide survey?
Which industry vertical you belong to ?
Based on these perhaps we may be able to throw more light

Hi,
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the existing HR policies of the company & try to understand the progressive policies adopted by other companies. I am doing this survey for a manufacturing company. I am planning to conduct this survey across industries & it is not being used to gauge the satisfaction levels of employees within the company.

Preparation of HR polices is very critical, so prepare all Hr polices for the use full purpose of organisation and also to the human resources of the organisation.
