I need an honest suggestion and opinion from you all.I am a post graguate in Social Work with Specialization in HR,nowI am persuing my Mphil. Now I have to choose my thesis topic. I have interest in the line of training and development, i want to relate or assess the need for soft skill training for ITprofessionals. please tell me how to go about.
will feel great if you can suggest titles or send related questioners

Soft Skills or Customer Interface as now known is a huge
concept which has many verticals,if you could be specific as
to what exactly you need,and I will fill in the necessary details /info.

u can try NASSCOM for details on IT training,and when u say u wanna do thesis on IT training,then hve u decide whtr u goona do it on semi IT or in IT, cmpnies like Infy,TCS does provide soft skill training to their people.if u want to knw more abt semi IT training then try www.callcenterinfo.org
