"Say What You Do and Do what You Say"- Concept of ISO.
First of all you have to prepare a Quality Manual-comprising of quality policy, quality objectives, company procedures, checklist, process flow and procedure for various departments & their departmental objectives, organisation chart,Management responsibilty,Resource Management,Product realization,Measurement, analysis & improvement via corrective action request.
My sincere advice for you is that appoint one person each for individual departments. The relevant person will prepare the flow & document the procedure.Take a span of time and gather all the documents from each department & then go for compiling Quality Manual, which is more practical & will come out with good suggestions.
I have been working on ISO for around 8yrs & have implemented & got the certification for my previous organisations.
Make it a point, while getting the certification it should be a team work & it leads to more success.I have worked with 3 certifying bodies BVQI,AQA,SGS.Every where the system says the samething-"Say What You Do and Do what You Say".
I have attached a registration form from one of the certifying body, you can contact them directly or mail them for future guidance.
