Like to share an example on team work. Most os us might have watched "LAGAN" film, but the learnings from this film about team work is really worth to adopt. Hope it was not posted earlier. Happy viewing.

I also believe that when I'm overconfident, that the defeat will come.
sometimes u r not choosing ur team and they aren't having the same goal , they just do their jobs, so u try to involve them but this works for a while then their charge is empty and u try again and this really consumes ur energy.

I had on my own developed this ppt in 2004 and used it in LIC of India, Training Center, Dharwar for their Development Officers, it was a roaring success. This is because you are taking a popular Hindi movie and in that cricket, which naturally arouses interest in audience.
