Can anyone provide me the full process and procedure of the position having HR- Generalist.
I am having 2 years of experince in HR- Recruitments and from last few months only switched to HR- Generalist profile. Touch wood, i am performing or managing the strenghth of 40 but wanted to know more about this position.
There is no PF and ESI in my current orgabisation.
Just let me know about whole process. (From Joining to exiting)

Just multiply pm salary in hand with the total months, you ll get the CTC annually according to in hand pm.
Example, 30,000 pm*12= 3,60,000

Hi , Hr Work start from mapower planning, then recuiment against vacant position, job designing, KRA & KPI,then induction, then feedback of his peforamance, confirmation of service, half yearly/ yearly performance review, theny training to match the required skills, competency mapping,increments, budjet of emloyee cost, statutory complilances (PF , ESIC, Gratuity, labor welfare etc), full & final settelment, exit interview , reward & regonistion , Bonus payment, Salary, incentive disbursmet. providing appointment, service letter to employees. ID card etc, desciplinary action, Court cases etc

Dear Seniors,
Iam having around 2 yrs of experience as HR-assistant recently our Sir has resigned now Iam only looking after of HR.I want help from u all that one of our Employee has died i.e he is belong to lower grade of Position.His PF contribution period is around 2yrs is there any chance to get EDLI amount(death claim) of him because he is very poor(having small childerns).So my responsbility is to do it,personally also I wan't to help their family.
Plz help me beco'z I never face this & how I want to move what forms I want to get from PF office & how I have to fill it like (filling & submitting to whom).Plz its really my horriable request if anyone has done any death claim means/having knowledge on it. Plz do mail to [Login to view]
