Suggest A Part Time HR Course(Short Term) On Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

This is Savitha. I have total 4 yrs of exp in recruitments which includes both IT & Non IT.
I'm currenlty looking out for a career in General HR.

Thanks a lot for the providing information to update more about HR. I have done my MBA in Marketing and now taking care of Training but I am more interested in HR. So its realy usefull website for me. And can I get core HR job as I am not having HR back ground..
