Please explain me about the things include in the payslip in detail.like the Basic % and others things.

Hi,
find the below detail for your reference.
Earnings which include Basic salary, DA, H.R.A, Travelling Allowance(Fixed), Medical Allowance(fixed),LTA, Performance Allowance and others these are all comes under earnings.
Deduction which inclued ESI and PF(Employee Contribution), Prof Tax, TDS and others.
salary components differ from company to company but these are the basic salary components. Basic% is 40% of annual CTC HRA is 50% of Basic it may also differ from company to company.

In Pay slip 4 things in include
1. Salary for the month
2. Deduction (Advances, loans, fines etc)
3. Earning (O.T+ errriors+leave salary+ bonus+reimbursment+ and other payment)
4. Net pay (1+3-2=net pay)
