PGCBM - XLRI - Pros And Cons For HR

Hi All
Further to all our discussions we had in regard to MBA full time, part time and correspondence....I have understood that a qualification adds value to the experience and shall put us ahead in the industry!!
Need a small suggestion:
XLRI is offering PGCBM - Post graduate certificate in Business Management. I am planning to apply for it as it shall start in June 07 and end by August 08. Kindly let me know your opinion of suitability of Business Management for HR's.

Like any other course, it depends on your goals and their match with course goals.
