Surroundings Clean

Dear All,
ours is a small company and we do not have any office boy for doing office activities.
kindly suggest me how to put a mail to all employees and requesting them to keep the surrounding clean while taking the lunch and breakfast.

You can Circulate a mail to all the employees and mention the importance of cleanliness. You can also tell them that keeping the office clean will certainly increase their productivity.

You can request/insist ur people to clean their tables after taking lunch & break fast.
You can provide waste bins for putting the food wastages & also tissue papers in every table for cleaning wet surfaces.
Stick some poster/print out in the dinning hall to remind them to clean before leaving.

The best way to intimate the employee is through mail maybe you can send them some write up regarding the importance of keeping the place clean.
Also you can display a small write up in the pantry or which ever place they r taking food:
Pantry Etiquette
And list down the set of points:
Please keep the chairs and tables clean after taking lunch.
Do not spill food down.
And what ever points you feel should be followed
