Can anybody help me or provide instructions on hoe Induction PPT for an IT firm is prepared

It depends - whthr its technical or HR.
HR Induction:
Introduction Of Company Profile, Introduction with the Staff,Employee strngth, Turnover or sales p.a. , Products & Services, Heirarchy of the Company, Might be the Organogram (Reporting Structure).
Sharing the culture & all policies (Leave,Attndnc,Office Timing,Rules & Regulation) of the Company.
Technical Induction:
That you can take the help of H.O.Ds of concerned dpt,

Dear Megha,
Apart from what Smita has pointed i suggest that you include the following topics in your induction ppt.
# Visison, Mission, Values and goals of the organisation
# Dress code policy if any
# Health and Occupational policy of the policy
# Grievance handling policy if any
# Computer and Email usage policy

To add on to the suggestions you can also , run a short corporate movie to add some entertainment.Moreover, play some energizers after giving the detailings about your company.
