First you need to understand what is MIS then you'll be able to make the reporsts.

The MIS report "its means MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICE generally it is monthly to submit to the Head of the unit (Factory or Establishment) the report should reach to the concern head from all the department heads every month first week of the last month particulars. The HR department has also submit their report. In our organisation we usually submitting the formate is as under.
