may i know into which industry you are ?
any way i would like to help u, in general an introduction letter is :
start with the description of ur company / industry type ( eg . u may mention one of the leading co.)
brief description about the products & use
mention some of ur reputed / latest / country wide customers / references
company strength/ sales team / dealer/ network.
After sales & quick services you provide & about customer satisfaction
do mention different ways to contact you ph, email, fax etc.
