actually in my company i have to take care of all legal cases and legal compliances and my boss want a monthly report and forcast for the same ,

you should make a checklist of all the compliances required to be made by your Company undre the various legistations along with their frequency and due dates and track them.
For the legal cases, you should list out all the cases filed by the Company and/ or filed against the Company pending with various authorities and find out their current status and them track the progess on each date.
