Employee Outlier Management - Action Plans

Hi All,
I am working on a presentaion on employee outlier management to be presented while giving a small training to the new Team Leaders promoted recently. I am not able to find anything good in google to put it in the PPT. Anyone, please help me if you have some Ideas or any PPT which may be useful.
