Our company is a small startup software development firm consisting of 6 employees. I have attached our current leave policy for your reference. It requires some modifications within our constraints. Please review it and provide your valuable suggestions for creating a new policy.

Dear Soju,

You have already posted/attached this leave policy on the citehr 'Talk to Seniors' forum on dated 17.07.2009 and have received a number of responses from the respected HR members, but you have not changed a single word, let alone a sentence. If your department is not showing interest in rectifying even the illegal points, then why do you keep reposting it time and again? Please correct me if I am mistaken.

But the majority has said it is inhuman and not aligning with legal complaints. We need to include half-day leave policies. How and when does a leave become half day? Please suggest.
