I have seen you post on Racial Prejudice. I wonder how such a computer savvy person has posed this question without trying the web for the answer, first.
Had you searched the web, you would had a link to the answer at ROI + cost benefit analysis + difference - Google Search

Not to worry Hassan. We all do. Sometimes I have had my glasses up over the head and keep looking for it all over the place. There is an old story where a woman was searching for her child all over the town, till someone asked her what was she carrying in the bag on her back.

currently undergoin internship, my manager wants me to get solution on ROI for training, I did go through material on net and books, i have compiled material , but its quite a task for me to design an calculator for behavioural trainings,
would appreciate if you could give me some incites,

Designing a calculator for behavioural trainings is not easy, as the benefits accrue over a period and one may not see benefits in the short term.
