Hi House, please, I work in an IT firm in Nigeria as an HR consultant, and I have been tasked to research and bring out a new staff performance appraisal form/template. I have tried to search on the internet, but I am not pleased and satisfied with those I have seen. Could someone please send me any performance appraisal template/form I can download?
