Farewell Note

Dear Sir,
Good Evening!
As we are is Sales & Marketing can any one provide me the draft of Farewell Note that can be mailed to every one communicating that the xyz employee is leaving the company.
Please help me as i want to show the draft to my boss.

I personally feel that you should not send a farewell note copying to every body as it creates a negetive motivation , and if its more often people feels that more attrition is there,

Dear Jaishi,
Thanks for you mail. But there is a beanchmark for that, if the employee has worked more then 2 years then only we will send a farewell note to every one and our attrition rate is also not much high.
