HR Project - Employee Retention

I am a student studying in MBA 3rd Sem. I'm doing a project on Employee Retention with Reliance Communications. There is no policy regarding this in the company. I need ur help.. if u can help me how to go about wid the project n d proper way to do it.

I'v been through a lot of things on the net but am not sure which is important and which ones to pick. I'v started with some of your Research Methodology posts too but again i am confused.
