ESI numbers are alloted by ESIC when we deposit declaration form of ESIC .whereas PF number is alloted by employer as per date of joining of employee.

i am working in karnatak and my moms accident happened in maharastra in last year and got treatment in pvt hospital , can i claim the esi benefits/exps and same accidents major operation was doing in this month can get treatment of this operations
