i need help in solvin case study which published in business week,called 'wringin out the old'.
in which the case is focused on those seniour mangers who facing problem of redundancy,and yuonger mangers are becoming CEO's because the organisation feels that these people are not so much productive for organisation because of there old age and hence less productive for challenging work environment.
can anybody plz suggest me or guide me how to solve this case study.
or please suggest me some examples where these seniour managers facing problem of redundancy.
