Hello sarika,

You need to communicate all the Statutory authories like ESI, PF, PT and other government and local bodies about the change of address and obtain acknowledgements on the letters after submitting them.

Xerox and all are normal but as far as Telephone lines are concerned you have to submit the change of address letters, even if required you have to surrender the existing lines to the department and apply for new linels, the same with the mobile connections - a detailed written information to be given to all the service providers.

Under shops and establishments act you need to obtain a trade licence in the new area and even from the labour department also. The income tax, sales tax, commercial tax etc authorities are also to be informed properly. A detailed communication to be given to your vendors, customers & service providers.

All your letter heads, envelop covers, employee ID cards, Business cards of all the employees are need to be changed to the new address. Even some of the organizations will have address on their office files if so you need to get the stickers with new address and paste on the old files if you don't want to change the files immediately.
