I need an understanding of the salary break up of contractual/ temporary staff (House Keeping). I need also to know that is it correct if the PF is calculated @ 13.5%?
Moreover as the minimum wages have increased what should be the increase?

is this 13.5% employer contribution, if it is then make it 12% or 13.61%.
Please raise the bill with all deductions
