I am working in an MNC & my project is to prepare a dashboard or kind of analysis on the Induction feedback recieved. You must first prepare questionaire depending on teh type of induction you take. Then plot them on teh frequency distribution chart with graphical representation also mention the mean and the standard deviation. This will be a perfeect analysis present in a report format that includes
Participants name, induction phases, trainers if any and so on.
