Well, since u have your jd's ready, you are almost half way through. When writing KRA's, please keep in mind not only the JDs but also the KPAs (Key PErformance Areas), for eg., 1 of the KPAs for a Recruiter would be Recruitment. KRA would be like :
1. Identify potential candidates through survey and searches.
2. Maintain a DB of those candidates.
3. Network with customers for their requirements and feedbacks.
4. Map suitable candidates to respective jobs.
...and so on (this is for a recruiter in a placement co.).
Since i handle 13000 employees nationally with a central team of 15 persons, the KRAs i would set would be different. Anyways, for more details, i could be reached on my email:
