Advance Request Form, Associate Details Form, Visitor Pass And Onduty Forms

Hello Everyone
I have prepared associate details form, advance request form, visitor pass, onduty form and time of permission form. Please go through the same and suggest.

Dear Alekha,

According to me, a time of permission is not required. Only when someone goes out, they will deposit an Outgoing Gate pass to the Security Office. You can review this in the case of shift employees if it is necessary. Other forms are perfectly alright.
