Research In HR

Iam very much interested in pursuing a research programme in HR.
I want to do in a new area which will be helpful to the organisation as well.
please give advice me on the area in which I can concentrate.

As far as I am concerned i think that "Employee turn over" is one major threat to HR Specialists, try to base your research over the causes and tools for retaining those valuable employees

"HR Audit" is the one topic which is in hot plate & would take over the HR valley within next 2 years of time.
And this is a topic where in we can attempt to find out in a systematically and scientific manner as to what are the newer aspects in HR Audit.
With my perspective Research should contribute some thing new to the socity, not just old topics to be revamped & presented.
