Useful one, thanks for sharing. The recruitment strategy can be simple or very complex, and it depends on the sector of the market the organization operates in.

Hi all,

Many recruiters are swatting flies with no purpose. It is the right time for corporate HR professionals to undergo job rotations and focus on research activities within the core business strategy of the company. Implement change management and actively participate in it.

The HR domain often lacks innovation. It's like old wine in a new bottle and new wine in an old bottle! Sometimes you may question if we are utilizing all available techniques in our daily HR practices. Our company may not require groundbreaking innovations in HR; however, simply documenting them, storing in folders, and that's it.

Expand beyond HR and explore new dimensions in other areas. If you find yourself with idle time in your department, consider learning about other business processes, such as making calls as a telecaller, engaging with candidates, enticing them, and setting traps. Offer assistance in business development tasks.

Don't solely blame the recession; it can provide ample time to explore new areas of knowledge. Your management should be supportive.

Chandru

I joined as a clerk in a company. After continuing the job for 3 months, I received an offer from another company as a Scale 1 officer. At the time of joining, I had only mentioned my graduation qualification even though I had already completed my MBA. I had not informed my first employer about my MBA. Now, I have applied for resignation by mentioning my new offer as an officer, where the basic criteria is an MBA. Additionally, I have 46% in graduation. I had applied and appeared for the interview before accepting the first offer. Please try to identify my problem. Thanks.
