Prepare an Excel sheet containing the names, along with the current CTC, and subsequently, the effective CTC after the increment in the proper format. Get it approved by the management.

As I am new in HR, I am requesting that you all please share an Excel file detailing how to increment employees. Specifically, what actions do we need to take regarding Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance, LTA, and Gross for the increment process.

Dear Mr. Shailesh,

Step 1: Please input the total CTC in an Excel sheet (Basic + DA + HRA + Conv + Spl. = Total Gross + LTA + PF + etc. = CTC).

Step 2: Provide increments grade-wise.

Step 3: Calculate the total (Existing + Increment).

Note: Rewarding increments are solely based on unit performance and individual performance. Based on guidance from top management, determine a specific figure and allocate it to individual employees according to their designation or grade. You may increase Basic by +1 or +2 increments based on ratings provided by respective HODs.
