Innovative Group Discussion Topics for Training Sessions in a KPO Setting

Dear All,

I work in a KPO and am responsible for conducting training and development sessions. In these training sessions, I also facilitate Group Discussions for the participants, focusing on the latest topics. Therefore, I would appreciate it if anyone could assist me in suggesting some current Group Discussion topics so that I can organize these sessions.

Please refrain from suggesting topics from TYConline or sites that list GD topics for IIMs, as I have already explored those sources. I am seeking some fresh and up-to-date ideas.
