Dear Kunjal,
Internal Communication is a very effective way of communication. You can Communicate internally in number of ways .But it's very important to decide that what kind of communication you want i.e. whether it should be Verbal or Non verbal,Formal or Informal.
However there are some general ways of communication internally such as
Face to Face Interaction
E-mail
Telephonic
Meetings
You make implement any one of them depending upon nature of your Organisation

Well in that case, Kunjal what you can do is exchange some humourous articles related with your area and get that comfort Level probably than the needed information can be communicated.
Try this however if it doesn't work than something else can be thought of

hi
i read u r problem. i think u should first understand what kind of working enviornment exist in u r organization . if their is confidential working enviornment( tenders related/ bid ) . then u decide what kind of communication is fitted to the organization.before applying make sure first that what kind of people are working in u r organization & what are their needs. so first work on that things you will get the answer.
