1) Attendance
2) Muster roll
3) Prepare reports such as absenteeism, late comming etc.
4) Over Time related work.
5) Prepare all registors regarding all labour laws such as accident registor, lime wash registor, deduction registor, damage registor, fine registor etc.
6) Leave management EL,CL,SL
7) Submit all returns regarding labour laws.
8) Prepare salary.
9) Liasion with govt. dept.
9) Legal compliance.
10) Rectify employees grivances.
11) Control absenteeism,late comming, early going etc.
12) Maintain employee records their personal fils etc.
13) Maintain employee database.
14) Work related to esic, epf, graduity, bonus etc.
15) Arrange Manpower.
and if no seprate dept for HR activities then time office have to perform all hr functions. if you need hr functions i can tell u seperately.
