HR COURSES - Hr Fresher

Hi friends,
I am Gaurav doing my MBA in HR (obviously!! duh :oops: ). Ok, am in my second year of my course.
I just want to ask whether there is any course on HR which can be done for students like me. I am a fresher and have decided to continue my career in HR only.

Dear, if you have inclination towards IT, you can go for SAP courses.
MBA HR with knowledge of SAP makes a wonderful combination and opens up scope for employment.
If you are interested in Training & development, go for course offered by ISTD.
The interest is in performance Management you can go for PCMM certifications, it has three levels.
There are certain courses available in IR, Labour laws, etc.

I meant Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis, just to add to my Job what else can i do?

Can you tell me more about the PCMM course or the link where i can refer.Can you also suggest other cources in HR.I have done MSW (HR Specialisation)and currently working as HR Executive in an IT concern for the past 1 year.I would like to do some course in HR.Can you please suggest. :lol:
