To Know The Status Of PF Withdrawal

hi,
i applied for my PROVIDENT FUND in the month of aug 2008 ,in delhi to the following address along with form 10c and 19. i would like to know the procedure to know the status of the claim.

Dear Sir
I have applied for withdrawal of my provident fund in 12 November 2008 and my HR officials has advise me that this amount will autimatically credit in my account within 30-40 days. As it is above more than period and still i have not received any amount of PF, So kindly advise my status.
