Statutory Forms - PF FORMS

Hi All,
I have been handling onboarding activities.
The forms the new joiners fill are PF - nomination form & Gratuity form.
Once the form is filled what is the next process like do Comapny has to retain 1 copy or submit it to PF office.
How does this PF form impact the organisation.

I would also like to know the difference between Establishment, Industry and Factory.
