Onboarding Puzzle: What Happens After New Joiners Fill Out PF and Gratuity Forms?

Hi all,

I have been handling onboarding activities. The forms the new joiners fill out include the PF nomination form and Gratuity form. Once the form is filled, what is the next process? Does the company have to retain one copy or submit it to the PF office? How does this PF form impact the organization?

I hope my question is clear. Please share your suggestions. Thank you!
