Do an activity...sit wherever you are and start frowning.(frown is when you bring the brows of your eyes together like that of in anger)within 3 minutes precise,you get bad thoughts and wrong thoughts,your heart beat tends to rise,your teeth tends to clench,your wrist stiffens,you start to sweat,legs go numb and you feel a "butterfly" feeling in your stomach.
So what can you do to avoid it?when you frown,hold your frown with your index and thumb finger for one minute and immediately release your fingers.
Then you feel a cool sensation on your forehead where you had your frown....its soothing and simple and so kool!
