Training Practices

HI.. this is sumit.. i work for maruti suzuki.. i am doing a project on training practices...i have the data for the poject, now i need to make a presentation.. could you please forward a presentation showing the analysis of ndifferent training practices.. or some way to do the analysis?

I wud suggest u, Keep 4-5 fixed parameters n do analysis, such tat, hw the different training practices results in. Example for such parameters are effectiveness of training, post program evaluation and atttitude change etc... Vl guide u on ur futher queries also, keep postin...."smarter u plan, faster u execute"........Keep rockin.........

I am working as a HR Executive since November 2007. I am handling Generalist profile including every kind of activities in HR department.
