Income Certificate

Dear All,
Some of our employees are asking for a certificate of income for the purpose of registering for the Laadli yojna of the GOI. Pls advise whether to include the PF n other deductions in the salary. As they are lower grade employees they get very less cash in hand at the end of the month. How can we help them?

All components must be included in their income certificate. It would be a problem then if you try to help them in illegal ways if crossed checked.

that's the main issue that iff we include pf the total emoluments come to more than 1 lac, which is not applicable under the yojna. but if we take the cash in hand into consideration, it comes to less than 1 lac.
