Which Are The World's Best Innovations?

As part of my preject, i am required to list the world's best innovations and explain its impact. Could somebody help me with it please?

Any generic but very inspiring innovation. The ulitimate goal of this projcect is to drive the culture of innovation. My part is to talk about how compnies grew truly becuase of innovation. Few examples that i have thought of already are GE,SAP, Google etc....and i want to tell them what was the startegy that these compnaies worked upon to achieve what they have achieved. So, in these terms, could you offer some help that would help gather some data about companies that are innovative?:)

i think from HR perspective u have to take Google organisation's example. thier culture is totaly different.each employee of Googel is creative. credit goies to their T&D dept. they take feedback of each emplyee from everyone(top to botom). free extra carriculat courses are sponser by organisation itself. every friday party to all employee. their work environment n many more thing u can consider.
