Hi,
Dress Code
While at XYZ Company, we do not have a specific dress code, it is clearly expected that all employees will dress professionally and in a manner consistent with the organization’s corporate environment.
This is what I have kept in my HR Policy Manual.
If you require more information, feel free to contact.

Let me add further considerations for prescribing a dress code.
Employees who have to deal with customers must be dressed formally. The type of formal dressing must depend on the season and weather condition. It will quite amusing to find someone dressed in a formal three piece woollen suit visiting a customer in equatorial Africa at the height of summer. :)
Employees who do not have to deal with customers and are also directly not seen by the customers who visit a facility can be dressed casually even seven days a week.
Is not the idea of smart or casual dressing based in the belief that companies want to present a useful image to its existing or prospective customers? Also, if we are dressed in pyjamas we may not even wake up when we are in office. :)

Dear friend,
according to me, there should be differentiation between mgmt and non mgmt staff. u should ask the union about color they like so they can like the dress.
