Seeking Creative Ideas for a More Inclusive and Frequent Rewards Scheme Across All Teams

Dear All,

We are a product-based software organization. I have to roll out a "Rewards Scheme" for all the verticals within, e.g., Development, Sales, Finance, Admin, etc. We already have an "Extra Miler Award" for each quarter, but it is only for developers, and a "Best Team Award" which is given twice a year.

I kindly request all of you to help me with more inputs to make it more innovative and frequent.

You can also start one more award "Employee of the Month" to be given on the basis of their performance.
