The terminology which we keep hearing now a days " talent" replacing the HR most often seeming to have been used very loosely, i presume
I am interested to know what are the talents which organizations look for while sourcing at all levlels? Are there talents that are generic in nature which can attributed to all levels?
Today a Head HR during an interview asked me the question - what are the talents you idenitfy when you do talent sourcing?
