all the above decisions given are well-worthy. but the most important thing is BPO industry should be relevant in all the aspects as per of other IT, manufacturing, retail and other sectors etc. herewith:
1) employee survey must be conducted to know their satisfaction levels and future growth.
2) more opportunities in different department must be widened.
3) education tie-ups should be there for career enhancement.
4) policies and practices must be structured.
5) employee involvement and innovative, creative ideas should be given enough space.
6) employee training, development programes, orientation, continous feedback should be implemented for their betterment and future growth.
