Sap Hr - Ppt Download [thread 8300]

Dear Friends,
I ve completed MBA in2007 and working as AHRM in a Software company, Bangalore. I have gone thru one class for SAP HR in a bangalore center. After going there what i felt it is very simple application like our MS- Office. If you practiced with the software in your PC with some basic guidelines, you can work on that..

Hi Nasreen,
You shared a good knowledge about Sap-HR. But the thing is in the present scenario of Sap-HR requirements we need more domain experience. And 2 yrs is not at all enough and believe me now the companies are asking experience in Sap even that too min 3+yrs. I have completed Sap-HR but again settled as HR-Executive in a S/W Company. Even all the institutes you mentioned are not able to assist HR professionals not even Reliance.
Iam Sorry if you feel iam discouraging but this is the fact which i myself experienced and also seen people with very good Sap-HR knowledge without jobs.

Dear Mr.Amit,
I am working in a Consultancy from Jan, as well as doing my MBA final year through correspondence. I too have an idea to do SAP.
I got a mail regarding SAP HR course from IEC Technologies chennai.
Flexible hours. Fee structure is 15,000. If they arrange a job for me through their client again i have to pay 15,000.
Now my problem is whether the Institute is a good one or not...
Can you tell me ... How can I identify ?

Does it make any difference to do sap from sap certified partner or from any institution.
Also have working exp of 3 years in training and recruitment ,is it worth to do the course. Please guide
