There is no steps to follow to join this group. You can post messages, reply to messages etc, and show your participation in this forum.
We will be organizing offline meets, where all the HR professionals are joining for a meeting at a common place and share their knowledge and get to know each other.
Watch this forum and check the messages for updates on upcoming HR meets in future. There is one meeting expected in September 08.
