Dear R N Khola Sir,

Please tell me, what is the due date for LWF contribution? Is it to be paid on a monthly basis, half-yearly, or annually? Are there any returns that need to be submitted, or is it only contributions?

Regards,
Monika

Hello Sir,

Please suggest the wage limit as it's applicable for all employees or wages up to 25k.

Dear Member,

In the state of Haryana, we are required to deduct Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the wages/salary of each and every employee, irrespective of the amount of wages. Regardless of the wage amount, we must deduct LWFC if the employee is drawing wages and is on the company's payroll on the last day of the month.

Hello Sir,

Thank you for the guidance. I have a little confusion. If an employee is earning more than 50k, what type of benefits can they utilize through the LWF share that they contribute to?

Dear Member,

In general, according to my knowledge, employees are receiving benefits under various labor welfare schemes, with wages per month up to Rs. 25,000. For more details, you may visit the website of the Haryana Labor Welfare Board.
